Eligibility. The Concierge Bundle Credit is available solely to sellers who list a home with Compass, utilize the Concierge program, and choose to use Chartwell for escrow services in connection with that residential home sale and Concierge project. Any referral by one of the Affiliated Companies to another may provide the referring company, its affiliates, and/or their employees with a financial or other benefit. You are NOT required to use any Affiliated Company to do business with Compass. See ABAD for further detail, including estimated charges. No Required Use. While Chartwell is available as a closing company option for you, and Concierge Bundle Credit is available only if you use Compass, Concierge, and Chartwell, you are not required to use Chartwell or the Concierge program to obtain real estate brokerage services from Compass.
